Dr. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Doctor of Medicine
from the University of Illinois.
His residency in General Surgery was served at Rush Presbyterian — St.
Lukes Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He was a resident in Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery at City Hospital in Nottingham, England and at the University of Miami,
Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is Board certified in general surgery, as
well as plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kelly is a member of the
American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Greater Miami Society
of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Florida Medical Association and Dade County
Medical Society. Dr. Kelly has gained national recognition for his research
and is a frequent contributor to prestigious medical journals, as well as a guest
lecturer at international physician’s conferences. He has served as President
of The Greater Miami Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons from 1999-2000.
Miami Metro Magazine has listed him as one of the best plastic surgeons in south
Florida for each of the past 3 years. He was the only plastic surgeon named 3
years in a row in this prestigious list, which is created by asking other physicians

Dr. Wolf received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University
of Miami School of Medicine and completed a residency in Head / Neck surgery at
Tulane University in New Orleans.
 He
was granted a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery from the American Academy of
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. Dr.
Wolf is Board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He
is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Wolf is a member of the American Medical
Association, Sigma XI Honorary Scientific Society, Florida Medical Society, and
Dade County Medical Society. A guest lecturer
at prestigious international medical forums, he is also a regular guest on South
Florida television and radio. An acclaimed author, Dr. Wolf writes popular columns
for national healthcare publications and industry journals. He volunteers his
medical services to victims of domestic violence. Born
in Bogota, Colombia, Dr. Wolf is equally at home in Spanish and English.

Chicago Medical School.
 He
served a general surgery internship and residency at New York University Medical
Center, including The New York University Hospital, Bellevue Hospital, The Manhattan
Veterans Administration Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He
completed his Plastic Surgery residency training at The New York Hospital-Cornell
Medical Center. Dr. Herman is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons,
and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member
of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic
Surgery, the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, the
Florida Medical Association, Dade County Medical Association and the Miami Society
of Plastic Surgery. He is past-president of the American Society of Esthetic Medicine. Author
and lecturer, Dr. Herman is acclaimed for his innovative approaches to liposuction,
reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery and facial plastic surgery. He serves
as a volunteer surgeon and Chairman of the Florida Chapter for Operation Smile
International, a non-profit organization that provides reconstructive surgery
for children born with complex facial deformities. Dr. Herman is bilingual in
