Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is the safest and best treatment for eliminating spider veins on the legs. The process involves injecting a very small needle into the spider vein with hypertonic saline. This causes an inflammatory reaction and the gradual fading of treated vessels over a period of several weeks. Sclerotherapy usually requires about 2 to 6 sessions, depending on the area being treated.
